At Vein & Vascular Experts, PLLC we aim to make your journey as easy as possible. We understand that our patients are often dealing with multiple medical and personal life issues and sometimes need a helping hand. Our practice is committed to lending that helping hand and have implemented multiple processes to make your visit as streamlined as possible. Upon making your appointment, you will be sent a text and email (Phreesia) that allows you to fill out all necessary demographic, medical and financial information at your leisure before your visit. You will be able to read and sign all office consents and policies as well. Upon arriving at the office for your visit, our helpful staff will confirm your information was transferred to our system and you will be ready to see the doctor!

If you need an operation or procedure, our staff assists with insurance authorization and scheduling by communicating with patients on a routine basis so that your experience is as smooth as possible.
